Prices - Prices are Moroccan Dirham All taxes - The compulsory tax is calculated per day per person and may be subject to change without notice during the season. - To be taken into account cancellations must be confirmed in writing - all reservation must be confirmed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the invoice - For any cancellation or No Show, the deposit of 30% is not refundable - In case of early departure, the customers have to pay 50% of the rest of his invoice - All changes of reservation made before the arrival of the customer will be handled on a case by case basis Availability of the room - the rooms are at guest disposal starting from 2.pm on arrival day and have to be released no later than midday on the date of departure unless a prior agreement between the hotel and the customer. Using the room - The client will inform the hotel management for all damage caused to the room or its contents. - The customer is liable for the use of his room and the hotel management may require financial compensation to the customer is case of any damage Disclaimer - Tikida Golf Palace will in no way be held liable for the loss or theft of property left by client in his room - A safe is available in rooms and free of charge Children Conditions - Children can share parents’ room (maximum 1) - Children from 0 to 2 years old (sharing parents room: free of charge - Children from 2 to 12 years old sharing a room with parents: 50% discount on adult rate basis Single parents room (one parent with one children in single room basis) - Children from 0 to 2 years old (sharing parents room: free of charge - Children from 2 to 12 years old sharing a room with parents: 50% discount on adult rate basis IMPORTANT Please inquire about the extra dinner Christmas and New Year, a supplement is payable locally. There is no other possibility of restoration for these two nights. |
